卢卫星，江苏苏州人。擅长油画、粉画。1985年毕业于苏州美专油画专业，1989年在浙江美术学院油画系进修。现为中国美术家协会会员，国家1 级美术师，苏州市美术家协会副主席，苏州美术馆副馆长。
