张骅骝，男，汉族，1956年出生山西太原，1984年毕业于山西大学美术系油画专业，同年留校任油画专业教师。1993年毕业于地方 美术学院技法教研室研讨 生课程班。长时间 努力 于油画教学与油画创作研讨 。现为苏州大学艺术学院油画专业副教授，硕士生导师。
