牛双印(1943.10—)河北唐山人。擅长中国画、连环画。1960年入河北美术学院，1962年入河北艺术师范学院美术系学习。历任河北美术出版社编辑、副总编、编审。曾获文明 部、旧事 出版署、中国美协颁发的“连环画工作荣誉奖”。作品有《嫦娥》、《春草闯堂》、《收白龙马》、《女祸补天》等，中国画《江南水乡》、《湘西民居系列》、《寺院》等。
