马少展(1929.3—)别名马佳，女，回族，湖北武汉人。擅长书籍装帧设计。1950年进华北军大学习，后到华北人民出版社从事美术工作。现任人民出版社美术编辑室副主任，美术副编审。作品有书籍装帧《我热爱中国》、《孙中山全集 》等。
