 Tang Hui, male, was born in Wuhan, China in 1968, graduated from the attached middle school of Hubei Academy of Fine Arts in 1987, graduated from the mural Department of Beijing Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1991, and stayed at the same year as a teacher. He was elected to the International Youth Artists Visiting Residence Program organized by Japan International Exchange Foundation and Ibaraki Prefecture Government in 1997.
