黎朗(1932.12—)黑龙江林甸人。擅长绘画、艺术评论。1956年毕业于沈阳鲁迅美术学院绘画系。历任嫩江文工团舞台美术设计，黑龙江文化工作者协会创作组主编《黑龙江画报》，兼编《黑龙江文艺》，中国美术家协会《美术》编辑部编辑，中国美术馆研讨 部干部。1980年移居香港，为香港建筑设计公司技师、艺术顾问，从事绘画、艺评、摄影活动。台北雄狮画廊艺术顾问。作品水彩《春雨》获1956年全国青年美展二等奖，著作有《画家李可染》、《艺海若航》等。
