赵英勉(1935.7—)别名赵勉之，福建福州人。擅长舞台美术。1963年毕业于地方 戏剧学院舞美系。历任北方昆曲剧院、北京京剧团舞美设计，中国戏曲学院舞美设计、绘画教师，舞台美术系主任、教授。享用 政府特殊津贴，曾任中国舞美学会副会长。文明 部高级职称评委。设计《赵氏孤儿》、《三打陶三春》等剧目入选全国舞台美术展；设计戏剧《契丹英后》等入选国际舞台美术展等。主编有《中国艺术教育大全》、《中国戏曲舞台美术教程》。
