杨在珽，男，1960年生于江西，擅长漆画，中国美术家协会会员、中国漆画艺委会会员、江西省漆画艺委会副会长，山东大学威海分校艺术学院美术系副教授。
1987年毕业于南昌职业技术师范学院工艺美术系本科。厦门大学艺术学院美术系研讨 生班毕业，进修于地方 工艺美术学院装潢 艺术设计系漆艺工作室。
