高潮，1938年中秋节生于青岛。擅长中国工艺美术理论。1957年入山东师范学院艺术系，1959年毕业于山东艺专美术系，留校任教，后执教于山东轻工美术学校。曾任中国美术家协会会员、中华诗词学会会员、山东华夏文明 促进会艺委会副主任、山东轻工美术学校名誉校长等职务。出版有《装潢 风景》画册。论文有《试论装潢 诸成绩 》等。
