费新碑(1954.9—)江苏海门人。擅长美术评论。1987年毕业于地方 美术学院美术史论系；1982年毕业于四川外语学院英语系。四川美术学院美术学系教授及院图书馆馆长。著作《中国艺术美学》、《藏传佛教绘画艺术》、《九二年中国大陆艺评》等。
