Zhang Xiaoling, Vice President of China National Academy of Painting. Born in October 1956 in Anhui Province. He graduated from the Department of Art, Fuyang Normal University, Anhui Province in 1979. He graduated from the Chinese Academy of Art in 1988 with a master's degree and a doctor's degree in 1991. His tutors are renowned scholars Wang Chaowen and Liu Gangji. He was the vice-director of the Institute of Fine Arts of the Chinese Academy of Art, the assistant president of the Academy of Art of China and the dean of the Graduate School of the Academy of Art of China. He is currently the vice-president of the National Academy of Painting of China and the tutor of doctoral students. He enjoys the government allowance experts of the State Council and the members of the senior title
