王益生(1929.11—2008.3.8)漫画家。江苏吴县人。1951年开始自学漫画，历任上海《劳动报》美术编辑。中国美术家协会上海分会业务室主任、上海漫画学会会长。王益生长时间 从事漫画创作和组织工作，代表作品有《责任不在我》《伯乐不乐》《全凭1 张嘴》《永在心中》等。
