朱培尔，中国书法家协会《中国书法》杂志副主编，中国书法家协会篆刻艺术委员会副秘书长，西泠印社理事，南京印社副社长，北京大学等首都16家高校联合体书法教授，江南大学客座书法教授，江苏省中国画院、南京书画院特聘画家等。曾多次担任全国中青年书法篆刻家作品展、全国篆刻艺术展、当代篆刻艺术展、全国西部书法篆刻展、全国农民画展等中国文联、中国书协主办展览的评委。

 出版和主编《中国二十世纪书法经典/吴昌硕卷》《当代青年篆刻家精全集 /朱培尔卷》《朱培尔山水小品集》《当代著名青年书法家精品集/朱培尔卷》。
