聂鸥(1948-)，女，辽宁新民人。自幼爱画。中学毕业后到山西雁北农村。1978年入地方 美术学院中国画系研讨 生班，曾受蒋兆和、叶浅予、李可染、刘凌沧诸先生指点 。二级美术师，现为北京画院画家，中国美术家协会理事。擅长版画、水墨人物画、油画、连环画，作品多次参加全国、地区及数人联展，多次赴国外参展。曾在新加坡及台湾分别举办个展。作品曾获全国美展铜牌奖，中日水墨画优秀奖，北京美展甲等奖、优秀奖等。另有作品为中国画研讨 院、北京市美协、地方 美术学院等处收藏。1987年、1988年分别在新加坡、台湾举办个人画展。出版有《聂鸥水墨画》、《水墨——聂鸥》，《梦归园田聂鸥画集》等9集。

生于1948年5月，汉族，籍贯辽宁。自幼在北京市少年宫学习绘画六年。　1978年考入地方 美术学院中国画系研讨 生班学习；
1981年毕业，同年分配到北京画院任专业画家；

1999年参加中国美术馆“跨世纪中国名家21人展”后出版画集；水墨画参加第九届全国美展优秀作品展；
2000-2001年北京画院六画家联展。参加文明 部中展交流中心举办的中国古代 水墨画和雕塑展，赴法国、英国、奥地利巡回展；
2002年当代中韩代表画家联展；
2003年1月浙江人美出版《名家名品—聂鸥》画册；7月美术馆《开放的时代》画展。水墨画《高山流水人家200X600CM》参展；
现为北京画院1 级画家，中国美术家协会理事。

作品有水墨画《夏日》、《醉翁亭记》等。
连环画《人生》获第六届全国美展铜质奖章、全国第三届连环画创作评奖荣誉奖，藏于中国美术馆；《5 个女子和1 根绳子》获全国连环画十佳作品奖；中国画《早霜》等获中日水墨画优秀奖。
另有作品为中国画研讨 院、北京市美协、地方 美术学院等国内外美术机构和个人收藏。
1987年、1988年分别在新加坡、台湾举办个人画展。

作品曾获全国美展铜奖、优秀奖；北京市美展甲等奖、优秀奖；中日水墨画展优秀奖；全国连环画十佳作品奖。曾在国内外多次参加画展及举办个人画展。
