鲁恒心(1960.12—)河南南阳人。擅长水彩画、油画。河南大学美术系毕业，浙江师范大学美术研讨 生课程班结业。现浙江省嘉兴学院服装与艺术设计学院副院长、副高职称。作品《溪水花畔》、《风和日丽》入选全国首届水彩画艺术展；《故乡》入选第四届全国水彩、粉画展；《水是故乡甜》、《太行十月》(合作)入选第九届全国美展；《金色太行》2002年参加全国美展并获优秀奖。作品曾多次参加海内外交流展并被多家机构收藏。
