邓士伏(1950.11.12—)四川成都人。中国美术家协会会员。擅长油画、水粉画。
1968年开始自学美术，1969年参加中国人民解放军，从事部队美术宣扬 工作。1985年转业到重庆出版社任美术编辑。作品有《古代军事成语故事组画》、《永作长城1 块砖》、油画《中华狂想曲》、《天文与地理》，版画组画《中国古代军事成语故事》（获1982年全军美展优秀作品奖）。
