贯会学，1962年生于北京，1980年至1983年北京市通州四中工艺美术高毕业，1984年至1988年北京师范学院油画专业本科毕业，1988年至1997年北京市通县教育中心美术专业教师，1998年至2002年北京市通州区第四中学美术专业教师，2003年北京市通州区文明 馆从事美术创作、群众文明 工作。
作品多次参加国内外水彩大展并获奖。现为中国美术家协会会员、北京美术家协会会员、北京水彩画学会会员。他的水彩画《青铜时代》入选“第二届全国水彩、粉画展”并获优秀奖，《潮起潮落》入选“中国水彩画精选百人展”（韩国），《落日归航》等三幅作品入选“古代 中国水彩画展”（美国）。《逝去的岁月》、《海韵》等入选1993年、1995年“中国水彩画大展”。《美意丰颊》入选“首届中国水彩艺术展”。《山魂》入选“第5 届全国水彩、粉画展”。《细雨无声》入选“2002亚洲水彩画展”（韩国）。《赶海》等入选第1 至第九届“汉城、北京国际水彩画展”、《老家》获2003年北京市艺术节1 等奖。《微山湖夕照》获文明 部“群星奖”。他出版了《贯惠学水彩画选》、《贯惠学水彩作品优选》画集两种。
