何绍教(1948.12—)浙江义乌人。擅长油画。1978年浙江美术学院油画系结业。历任大众电视社美术编辑，浙江自然油画院艺委会副主任。油画《学耕》参加全国美展，水彩《归》获1986年全国水彩、水粉画展三等奖。作品有连环画《封神演义》、《毛主席视察南泥湾》，油画《毛毛细雨》、《风筝》、《摇啊，摇》等。
