张重庆，生于1931年。山东青岛人。1953年毕业于地方 美术学院绘画系。任地方 戏剧学院教授，研讨 生导师， 中国美术家协会会员、 中国油画学会理事、 中国老教授协会艺术委员会委员。1991年被英国剑桥世界名人传记放入第九版,1992年获国务院颁发政府津贴。
成就
油画作品曾多次参加全国严重 美术展览。其中作品《南海渔帆》、《春潮》分获第六、八届全国美展优秀作品奖，《南海渔家》获1984全国第六届美展北京市荣誉奖，1994年作品《春潮》被评为全国第八届美展优秀作品。《渔归》获1991年全国第1 届油画展优秀作品奖，《南海渔帆》、《渔歌》等六幅被中国美术馆收藏，并有多幅作品被日本、美国等美术馆、院收藏。曾到美国、日本、前苏联、新加坡等国和香港、澳门、台湾等地区展出。
出版有《张重庆风景画选》《张重庆油画自选画集》》《张重庆油画作品集》》《中国油画50家.张重庆卷》等。
