陆青，毕业于苏州美术专科学校油画专业，1950年4月进入上海电影制片厂美术片组（上海美术电影制片厂前身），从事动画设计工作三十余年，参与过《骄傲的将军》《大闹天宫》《哪吒闹海》《雪孩子》《天书奇谭》《三毛流浪记》等影片的创作。
2017年9月6日突发脑溢血逝世，享年89岁。
