张国平 男，1955年1月生于重庆市，汉族。1982年毕业于东北 师范大学美术学院，获学士学位。 现任四川省美术家协会副主席、四川省美术家协会秘书长、四川省美术馆副馆长、四川省美协油画艺委会委员、中国美术家协会理事、中国美术家协会会员。 代表作品：《小荷才露尖尖角》油画，入选全国八届美展；获全国第六届人口文明 优秀奖；《却敌以后 》油画，获全军美展优秀奖；《阳光》油画，获纪念红军长征胜利60周年二等奖。

 Zhang Guoping, male, born in January 1955 in Chongqing, Han nationality. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Southwest Normal University in 1982 with a bachelor's degree. He is currently Vice-Chairman of Sichuan Artists Association, Secretary-General of Sichuan Artists Association, Vice-curator of Sichuan Art Museum, Member of Oil Painting Arts Committee of Sichuan Artists Association, Director of China Artists Association and Member of China Artists Association. Representative works: Xiao He Cai Lu Jianjiao oil painting, selected in the Eighth National Art Exhibition; won the Sixth National Population and Culture Excellence Award; After the enemy oil painting, won the Army Art Exhibition Excellence Award; Sunshine oil painting, won the second prize in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Long March of the Red Army.
