刘 杰 (1940.3—)山东济南人。擅长油画。1961年毕业于美术学院附中，1965年毕业于解放军艺术学院。曾任教务部美术参谋。作品有《金色飘带》、《海峡系列油画》、《向世界屋脊进军》等。

现为中国美术家协会会员、中国长城学会理事.中国圆明园学会常务理事.世界艺术家协会中国分会理事.东方中日书画家协会理事、解放军艺术学院教授、

山东人。师承韩美林。中国美术家协会会员.教授，东方中日书画家协会理事。日本国村上美术馆.德国美因兹博物院，欧洲.美国.新加坡.日本.韩国等国际敌对 人士收藏其油画.水墨画作品。日本国1998年度国际有贡献的艺术家提名。中华人民共和国文明 部ISC2000标准价值评定美术家。

 Liu Jie, a member and professor of China Artists Association, born in Shandong Province on March 28, 1940, loves painting since childhood. He is a teacher of Han Meilin, a famous painter. He is now a member of the Chinese Artists Association and a director of the Great Wall Society of China, a standing director of the Yuanmingyuan Society of China, a director of the China Branch of the World Artists Association, a director of the East China-Japan Calligrapher and Painter Association, and a professor of the PLA Academy of Art.

Liu Jie (1940.3-) is from Jinan, Shandong Province. Good at oil painting. He graduated from the secondary school attached to the Academy of Fine Arts in 1961 and the Academy of Art of the PLA in 1965. He was a fine arts staff officer of the Ministry of Education. His works include Golden Ribbon, Strait Series Oil Paintings and Marching to the Roof of the World.

He is now a member of the Chinese Artists Association and a director of the Great Wall Society of China, a standing director of the Yuanmingyuan Society of China, a director of the China Branch of the World Artists Association, a director of the East China-Japan Calligrapher and Painter Association, and a professor of the PLA Academy of Art.
