黄毅民(1950.1—)女，别名陈密密，上海人。擅长油画、插图。1975年毕业于北京师范学院美术系，北京儿童杂志社、中国少年儿童出版社美术编辑。
次要 作品油画《前门胡同组画》、《醒》、《响午》、《春天的记忆》等，出版儿童图书作品《世界是你的》、《教你涂色彩 》、《谁当小医生》等。于80-90年代创作儿童图画书二十余本，深受出版界好评并多次获奖.98年以杰出人材拸民美国，居纽约至今。
代表作《自在 的紫禁城》系列（2005年曾受《纽约时报》点评）、《梦说红楼》系列、《我的纽约──激情符号》系列。美国“威廉斯卡”奖金获得者。由《美国艺术》主办，EXPOXXIV展获奖者。2005由纽约《惠特尼博物馆》掌管 评审“2004艺术新方向”获奖者。《汉森特尼克博物馆》2005年展获奖者。曼哈顿国家画廊小作品奖。2005年度纽约“华盛顿广场艺术奖”。作品被美国crystal基金会、美国纽艾克艺术博物馆、新加坡艺术博物馆、香港艺术博物馆及私人广为收藏。
