1962年毕业于广州美术学院油画系。历任广州军区政治部文艺创作组副组长。中国美术家协会广东分会副主席。中国美术家协会理事、广东省美术家协会副主席、广东省画院特聘画家、国家1 级美术师、中国人民解放军少将军旅画家、中国人民解放军艺术系列美术专业高级专业职务评审委员会委员、中国人民解放军总政治部文明 部美术作品评选委员会委员、中国人民解放军广州军区高级专业技术职务评审委员会委员。因在美术创作上取得突出成绩，共七次荣立三等军功、1 次荣立二等军功。

 He graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1962. He has successively been deputy director of the Literary and Artistic Creation Group of the Political Department of Guangzhou Military Region. Vice Chairman of Guangdong Branch of China Artists Association. Director of China Artists Association, Vice-Chairman of Guangdong Artists Association, Special Artists of Guangdong Painting Academy, First-Class Artists of the State, Major General's Brigade Artists of the People's Liberation Army, Member of the Senior Professional Job Evaluation Committee of the Arts Series of the People's Liberation Army, and Art of the Ministry of Culture of the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army Member of the Work Selection Committee and the Senior Professional and Technical Job Evaluation Committee of the Guangzhou Military Region of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. As a result of outstanding achievements in artistic creation, seven times won third-class military service and one second-class military service.
