陈凤玉，女，满族，著名画家。1934年出生于哈尔滨，1960年毕业于沈阳鲁迅美术学院中国画系。中国美术家协会会员，山东艺术学院教授，山东省女书画家协会副会长，政协山东省第六、七届常委。扬州八怪书画院名誉院长。从艺50载，执教40年，初期 专研中国画，尤长工笔写意人物、墨鱼；近十余年专攻油画，探索中西绘画融合的新言语 ，提出“意向油画”的命题。以作品赞誉 生命、写照人生、净化心情 、传播文明 。
