金程斌，本籍 平湖，1967年生于辽宁沈阳。1986年考入鲁迅美术学院油画系，1991年本科毕业，华侨大学美术学院副教授，中国美术家协会会员，福建德化陶瓷职业技术学院客座教授。泉州市漆画协会副会长。
