徐晓燕（1960—）河北省承德人。1982年毕业于河北师大美术系油画专业。现居北京。1993年参加“中国油画双年展”中国美术馆；“中国油画双年展”获学院奖。1995年“中华女画家约请 展”中国美术馆；“中国油画学会展”中国美术馆；“中国油画年展”获金奖。1996年“上海美术双年展”中国美术馆；“走向新世纪—中国青年油画展”上海美术馆。1997年“世纪女性艺术约请 展”中国美术馆，获收藏家奖。1998年“China46—中国当代艺术展”中国美术馆。1999年“世纪之门艺术展”墨尔本艺术无国界美术馆。2000年“女画家的世界—本色”成都古代 美术馆；“20世纪中国油画展”北京国际艺苑美术馆。2001年作品《怒放》系列参加成都“架上非架上—成都双年展”。作品收藏于上海美术馆、山艺术文教基金会美术馆、泰达当代艺术博物馆及海内外私人收藏家。
