1962年10月生于辽宁省东港市。1985年毕业于鲁迅美术学院，现为中国美术家协会会员，辽宁省美术家协会理事，盘锦市美术家协会副主席，辽河画院专职画家。
水彩画，油画作品多次入选国家级展览并获奖，其中水彩画《暖风》获首届中国水彩画艺术展铜奖；水彩画《磁盘与干鱼》获第二届中国青年水彩画展学术奖；水彩画《历史底片——黄花岗英灵 》获首届全国小幅水彩画展优秀奖；水彩画《倾城乐》获第二届中国美术金彩奖——优秀奖；水彩画《苍宇永久 》获第十1 届全国美术作品展优秀奖，同时获首届中国美术创作奖——优秀奖；水彩画《苍宇永久 之二》获第九届全国水彩、粉画展优秀奖；水彩画《夜行系列》入选2010年首届上海朱家角国际水彩画双年展。
2002年被特邀参加在上海举行的“中国水彩画名家约请 展”，作品《蜡染布上的干鱼》被刘海粟美术馆收藏；2006年被特邀参加在北京举办的“中国百年水彩画展”，作品《磁盘与干鱼》被中国美术馆收藏。
