赵淑钦(1936.11—)广东朝阳人。擅长油画。1961年毕业于广州美术学院油画系。历任广州部队油画创作员、汕头画院副院长。后参军在广州部队政治部任美术创作员。1981年转业到汕头市文联工作。1985年调汕头画院，现任副院长。中国美术家协会会员、美协广东分会理事、汕头市美术家协会名誉主席、汕头市油画研讨 会会长。
作品有《女民兵》特种邮票第1 图《我们都是神枪手》的原画作者；《老桥》、《凯旋日》等。长时间 从事美术组织及创作，作品多次入选省、全军、全国美展，部分作品获奖，部分作品为中国革命博物馆、军事博物馆、广东省美术馆及海内外人士收藏。
