王福阳，河南邓州人。教授、硕士研讨 生导师。福建省高校教学名师。毕业于福建师范大学艺术系、福建师范大学硕士研讨 生课程班。现为福建儿童发展职业学院教授、福建师范大学美术学院兼职教授、福建广播电视大学客座教授、杭州师大美术学院美术研讨 所高级顾问、美国Adobe培训考试中心主任。
系中国美术家协会会员、InSEA国际艺术教育学会会员、中国美术教育研讨 会会员，人民教育出版社美术教材编研委员，福建省美术教育研讨 会常务理事，教育部基础教育课程《美术》、《艺术》国家级骨干培训者、福建省基础教育新课程美术学科教师培训专家组负责人，全国中学、小学综合艺术课程培训研修授课专家。曾赴德国、台湾、香港等地进行艺术教育与文明 交流。
长时间 工作在学校教育教学第1 线，崇尚以德育人，以美导人，治学严谨。用心努力 于艺术创作、教学、理论、艺术批评和 美学和综合艺术等方面研讨 ，探索实践中国艺术教育的改革与发展。

20多篇论文分别在核心期刊、大学学报、CN等刊物，其中多篇在全国、省级获奖。分别在亚太地区美术教育研讨会（香港）、InSEA亚洲地区会议、海峡两岸闽台地域美术教育研讨会上发言，论文入编会谈论 文集。负责掌管 和参与了多项省级A、B类科研课题研讨 。个人艺术传略被编入《中国古代 美术家名人大辞典》、《当代书画篆刻家辞典》、《中国当代美术家名人录》、《福建省文艺家辞典》（美术卷）、《中国知名专家录》、《人民日报》海外版等人物名典。
