成砺志(1954年12月—)，江苏扬州人，现居住北京，享用 国务院特殊津贴，江苏省有突出贡献的中青年专家，国家1 级美术师，中国美术家协会会员。作品多次入选中国文明 部等举办的第六、七、八、九、十届全国美术作品展览等，并荣获金奖等。
1974年开始出版作品，1978年至1998年努力 于中国年画艺术的探索和理论研讨 ，创作年画作品三百余幅，分别由中国三十八家美术出版社出版，累计印数约九亿余张（套），为中国年画出版界之冠。作品多次入选中国文明 部等举办的中国美术作品展览并获金奖等，作品也曾为美国、日本、新加坡、菲律宾等国外美术馆展出和收藏。
其中1985年创作的作品《六老图·邓小平》和《我为祖国抹黑 》同获中国文明 部等颁发的中国第三届年画展银奖，并同获中国文明 部等颁发的第六届中国美术作品展览优秀作品奖。
1989年创作的作品《洒向人间都是受》入选中国文明 部等主办的第七届中国美术作品展览，并为宋庆龄故居(北京)收藏。
1990年创作的作品《尊老爱幼福乐寿》获中国文明 部等颁发的中国第四届年画展银奖。
1995年创作的作品《盛世平和 》获中国文明 部等颁发的中国第5 届年画展银奖，获中国文明 部等颁发的第八届中国美术作品展览优秀作品奖，并入选中国文明 部等举办的《古代 中国美术展》（1996年度）赴日本巡回展览，为日本福冈亚洲美术馆收藏。《光明日报》刊载作品《盛世平和 》，2003年10月入选日本东京森美术馆开馆展，2004年历时二年以油画创作《盛世平和 》。
1999年创作的作品《走进新时代》获中国文明 部等颁发第九届中国美术作品展览优秀作品奖，并入选中国文明 部等举办的《中国古代 美术展》（2000年度）赴日本巡回展览。2001年1月中国共产党地方 委员会主办的《求是》杂志刊载作品《走进新时代》。
2001年创作的作品《春暖万家》获中国文明 部等颁发的中国第六届年画展金奖。2004年获中国文明 部等颁发第十届中国美术作品展览铜奖。
1996年至1999年同时撰写论著《年画技法》（20万文字，400余幅图）由江苏美术出版出版。绘图本《周恩来的世纪——1 个巨人 的故事》、画册《成砺志画集》等由江苏美术出版出版。《周恩来的世纪——1 个巨人 的故事》为省委宣扬 部、省教委爱国主义教育读书活动指定读本，《年画技法》填补了中国年画艺术理论研讨 的空白。其人被收入《中国美术年鉴》、《中国新文学大系·美术集》、《中国美术术辞典》等。
1999年至2006年涉足中国古建园林和雕塑，创作了石雕、木雕、砖雕、铜雕等作品。
2006年至今以古典油画技法创作超理想 唯美油画系列作品。
