赵世杰，生于大连，毕业于鲁迅美术学院油画系，其作品多次参加全国美展并多次获奖。现为中国美术家协会会员，国家1 级美术师，中国油画学会理事，辽宁美术家协会副主席，辽宁油画艺术委员会常务副主席，盘锦市文联副主席，盘锦市美术家协会主席。多幅作品被国内外收藏家、博物馆收藏。
