林以友福建厦门人。擅长油画。1960年毕业于地方 美术学院华东分院油画系，后留校任教。福建师范大学美术系副主任、副教授、中国美术家协会福建分会副主席。作品有《周总理在新安江》、《人、时间》、《菠萝》等。
