苏彦斌（1941.9-）男，河北新河人，生于上海，现居北京。汉族，中共党员，作家出版社美术编审，中国美术家协会会员，中国作家协会会员，中国书画家联谊会理事，中国书籍装帧艺术研讨 中心副主任。
1966年毕业于地方 工艺美术学院装潢 美术系书籍美术专业(现清华大学美术学院装潢 绘画系书籍美术专业)。1966—1969年在工厂参加劳动，1969—1978年任北京第1 食品厂、北京手表厂技术员，1978年调人民出版社任美术、摄影编辑，1986年调作家出版社，任美编室主任，美术编审。1982年拜著名画家陆俨少为师，学习传统中国山水画；1983年加入中国美术家协会，2004年加入中国作家协会。曾为文学图书装帧设计千余种，编辑出版《毛泽东书法艺术选》，并于2000年在中国美术馆举办个人书画作品展。作品有《长城秋色》、《山河漫步》、《在日本十5 年》等。《在日本十5 年》、《贾平凹自全集 》等获第四届全国装帧三等奖，书籍装帧设计作品参加中日装帧艺术展。
其作品多次参加国内外展出，本人被收入《中国美术家名录》(中国美术家协会编)、《中华当代文明 名人大词典》(中国广播电视出版社)、其国画及书籍装帧作品收入《中国美术全集》(人民美术出版社)《中国画新百家》(新华出版社)。
