李玉鸿(1933.11—1994.7)别名玉红，河北沧县人。擅长书籍装帧。1956年开始担任《人民中国》日文版杂志编排工作。《人民中国》杂志社编审。
装帧设计有《当代中国画》、《秦始皇兵马俑》、《华君武漫画选》等。
