邹士方(1949.6—)辽宁沈阳人，擅长美术评论。1982年北京大学哲学系毕业。后任《人民政协》报编辑、记者、副刊部副主任。中华美学学会会员。中国画作品曾参加全国性美展。美学专著有《朱光潜、宗白华论》、美学传记《宗白华评传》等。
