孙新周(1937.1—)辽宁锦州人。擅长雕塑、美术史论。1962年地方 美术学院雕塑系毕业。历任地方 民族大学教授、研讨 员、研讨 生导师。作品《毛主席胸像》中国美术馆收藏。专著有《中国原始艺术符号的文明 破译》等。
