江苏川沙人。擅长漫画、速写。1926年毕业于苏州美专。曾参加“全国漫画协会”，演剧七队，香港“人间画会”。历任《大众画报》编辑、地方 美术学院华东分院副教授，《人民画报》、人民美术出版社、《新观察》杂志社、人民文学出版社美术编辑。作品有《苏州河码头》、《踏车夫》、《石油钻探机》等。出版有《陆志庠素描集》。
