翁东迪，女，1974年8月出生于福建省莆田，1996年毕业于福建省师范大学美术学院美术教育专业并获学士学位，2002年结业于文明 部第十届中国重彩画高级研修班，现为中国美术家协会会员、莆田学院艺术系副教授、莆田市美术家协会常务理事。
