许泽澄(1919.3—)别名慈衷，贵州贵阳人。擅长油画、水彩画。1945年毕业于重庆国立艺专西画系。任教于贵阳中学。历任《贵州画报》社编辑、副主编，省群众艺术馆副馆长，省花灯剧团团长，贵州省展览馆副馆长。作品有《清江木坞》等。
