王照5 ，笔名墨清，男，汉族。1953年生于山东省高密市井沟镇刘家庄。1972年入伍，现任解放军总病院 口腔放射科主任。1996至2012年历任第11 6届中华口腔放射专业委员会委员。2001年任中华口腔医学会会员。2001年为北京美协家协会会员。2004年为中国美术家协会会员。2008年任解放军美术书法研讨 院总后勤部分院美术委员会委员。
