张利华，男，1959年12月20日生于中国安徽省宿州市。南京航空航天大学艺术学院教授，硕士生导师。
1977年考入阜阳师范学院美术系，1982年元月毕业，获学士学位。后留校任教，任美术系主任1989年9月考入地方 美术学院油画系第1 画室进修，1991年7月地方 美院油画系油画研修班结业，导师：靳尚谊教授。1996—2002年3月任阜阳师范学院美术系主任，2002年3月至2003年8月任阜阳师范学院教务处处长，2003年8月调往浙江万里学院任艺术学院院长，2005年6月调入南京航空航天大学艺术学院任教。1997年10月破格晋升教授。兼任安徽师范大学美术学院硕士生导师，研讨 生毕业论文答辩委员会主任。
曾任安徽省高级职称评审委员会学科组美术评委，阜阳师范学院学术委员会委员，教学工作委员会副主任，学报编委会副主任。1995年9月被评为全国优秀教师。2001年1月被评为安徽省艺术教育先进个人，1995年12月被选为安徽省高等学校首批中青年学科带头人。1997年12月获国家教委曾宪梓教育基金会高等师范院校教师三等奖。1999年5月7日安徽省人民政府决定从98年11月起发给省政府特殊津贴并颁发证书（9802号）。1995年3月20日被吸收为中国美术家协会会员（编号：0887），1998年当选安徽省油画艺术委员会副主任，2002年当和选安徽省美术家协会理事。2004年当选浙江省油画家协会理事，宁波市油画家协会主席，宁波市美术家协会副主席，宁波市文联委员，宁波市高校名师。多次参加国内外学术研讨会，2001--2004年应邀赴美国、澳大利亚、新西兰等国讲学并进行学术交流。
