袁耀锷(1931.12—)广东潮州人。擅长油画。1947年毕业于广东潮州艺专、上海美专。1955年毕业于东北鲁迅文艺学院美术部，留校任教。作品有《中国人有志气》、《难忘的1976年》、《1 代英杰》等。
