刁先仑(1956.5—)四川人。擅长中国画。1988年于解放军艺术学院美术系进修油画，1993年毕业于该院国画专业。现任成都军区某部讲师。作品《花季》入选全国首届中国画展，《黄军装、黄土地》入选纪念中国人民解放军建军70周年全军第九届美展，《土地希望》入选第八届全国美展。
