郭柏川，字少松，台湾台南人，知名美术家，教师。
1921年，郭柏川从学校毕业，先行任教。1928年，以美术方面的专才，前昔日 本的东京美术学校进修。1933年，以半工半读情形下，于梅原龙三郎处习画。1937年随梅原前往中国，并于满洲国各省画生。1938年，他再于日本控制下的北平师范大学与北平艺专担任教职。1948年，因国共内战回台湾，并在1950年于成功大学任教。1974年去世。
郭柏川的写生画风于1930年代末期颇享誉于北京，天津1 带。二战后更将中国式的风格融入台湾民间器物、刺绣与庙宇红墙。其画风特点是是单纯但深入、侧重 构图且色彩浑厚，严谨也笔触精准。其线条处理更隐含中国书法的意境。
